Do you need a 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder, or 8 cylinder ECM tune (E67) ? What TCM tune do you need - 4T45, 4L60, or 4L80 ?
A little more information may promote assistance from Forum members.

Also what platform is this going to be used with (i.e. E67 running a V8 in a TrailBlazer SS with a 4L70E T42 is much different than an E67 running a I4 in a Malibu with a 4TxxE T42)?

E67s are not my area of expertise. Service #12636660 looks like a 2007 variant perhaps.
You may already be aware of this - but Gen IV ECM / TCM are not completely flashed with EFILive (even with a calibration & OS flash). Whatever E67 & T42 you are using will need to have a compatible "base tune" prior to beginning with EFILive. That means, you can't take an E67 & T42 from a Cobalt or G5 and use EFILive to flash a Trailblazer tune - it won't be functional.
