Thread: boot block mismatch error

    Default boot block mismatch error

I don't recall having this problem before. Trying to program a 2006 Z06 (E38 ECM) and we are getting a boot block mismatch error. We got this error with the 7.5.3 software and with the newly released 7.5.5 (with the update as of 10-21-08).

The software says that the TUN file has boot block ID 12605900 and the ECM has boot block ID 12603451.

What is the correct way to fix this and why is this happening?

    Thanks,
