Measure line pressure at the tap on the side of the case, see what it does during the shift.

Also log GM.TFMPRS, GM.GEAR and the other pids (VSS, RPM, ETC or ETCTP, MAP, MAF, ECT, TFT, TCCMODE) and post here.
