So I just tried updating from the April 23 public release to the May 20 update - Windows 7 Pro machine. When I connected my V2 it said to update the bootblock and firmware, but it did not list my current bootblock or firmware. I tried the update on another machine (Windows 8) before updating anything and got the same issue, so against my better judgment I told it to update the bootblock. It proceeded to start the update, and my V2 is now in deadpoll mode but it will not allow me to update the firmware. What should I do to recover, install the April 23 software again?
